Andrew Asbill and Trevor Campbell to Spearhead New Service Offering

BETHESDA, MD. – Transwestern Commercial Services (TCS) today announces it has added a Structured Finance group to its Washington, D.C., office as part of a broad strategy to enhance its Capital Markets business line. Heading the new group are Managing Directors Andrew Asbill and Trevor Campbell. The team will focus on equity and debt placement in the Mid-Atlantic.

Asbill brings 19 years of experience in a broad range of commercial real estate financial services, including financing, investment sales, leasing and asset management. He most recently served as Senior Vice President at JLL. Prior to that, he was Senior Director with Sage Capital Advisors. During the past 10 years, Asbill has been actively involved in more than $4 billion of sales and capitalizations.
Campbell has 17 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, most recently as a Vice President in the Capital Markets group at JLL. While there he was responsible for structuring debt and equity on behalf of owners and operators of commercial properties. Campbell has also taken part in the financing, sale or acquisition of more than $4 billion worth of commercial real estate assets over the course of his career.
Asbill and Campbell have worked with some of the most active investors in the Washington, D.C., region. Clients have included DSC Partners, Foulger-Pratt, JBG Smith, Grander Capital Partners, Willard Retail and Declaration Partners.
