Houston – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces the addition of Robert C. Kramp as Vice President of Research and Analytics - Houston. Based in Transwestern’s corporate office, Kramp will oversee business analytics and research outputs for Houston in all lines of business.

Kramp has 14 years of industry experience focusing on supporting commercial real estate teams along the complex lines of market research, economic, demographic and forecasting. Prior to joining Transwestern, Kramp was the Program Lead & Manager at Central Houston, Inc. where he worked collaboratively with government agencies, business leaders and stakeholders to research, measure and archive the key demographic, employment, real estate and cultural statistics of Downtown Houston. Prior to Central Houston, Inc., he spent four years at CBRE as the Director of Research and Analysis for the Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas regions and three years at JLL as the Vice President and Senior Vice President of Research.
