Prominent Galleria-Area Office Tower Reintroduced to Market Following Strategic Repositioning

HOUSTON – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces it has been selected as the exclusive office leasing agent for TwentyFour25, a 284,889-square-foot Class A office building located at 2425 West Loop South in Houston’s Galleria submarket.

The assignment follows the recent acquisition of the property by SLS Properties and marks a renewed effort to reposition the building for today’s discerning office users. Leasing efforts are being led by Transwestern’s Kelli Gault, Jack Scharnberg, and Doug Little.
