HOUSTON – Transwestern today announces The Signorelli Co. has retained the firm to provide leasing services within Vivacity Medical District. The 186-acre district is situated on the southern end of the 1,400-acre Valley Ranch planned development, which is located on the west side of the Grand Parkway and Interstate 69 in greater northeast Houston. Vivacity will be a one-of-a-kind, pedestrian-friendly medical district that will include acute care services, medical offices, life sciences and hospitality features surrounding 45 acres of parks, lakes, and outdoor space with a retail component.
Transwestern Vice Presidents Chris Wadley and Justin Brasell will provide marketing and leasing services for the project.

At completion, the entire Valley Ranch project will include 1,500 single-family homes and over 3,000 multifamily units. An entertainment district exceeding 2.5 million square feet with retail and mixed-use developments will include an 8,500-seat stadium, 14,000-seat outdoor amphitheater, and Cinemark HD Theater. A 4.5 million-square-foot commerce district will include Class A office space and a full-service hotel and conference center. All areas will be connected by miles of bike and walking trails, 240 acres of parks, and numerous lakes.
