HOUSTON – Transwestern Commercial Services (TCS) today announces it represented MY SALON Suite in two new leases in Houston, bringing the retailerto five Houston locations. TCS Managing Director Nick Hernandez and Senior Vice President Crystal Allen, who serve as exclusive advisors for MY SALON Suite in Houston, provided tenant representation services in the transactions. Both locations are expected to open in 2020.

MY SALON Suite has inked a 7,448-square-foot lease at First Industrial, 2313 Edwards St. in Sawyer Yards/Washington Heights. The salon will be located within Lovett Commercial’s Sawyer Yard facility. The tenant mix includes art studios, galleries, restaurants, fitness concepts, breweries and public art.
The second location is in Jester Village, where MY SALON Suite has leased 4,882 square feet at 1501-1531 W. 18th St. in Lazybrook/Timbergrove. It will be at the corner of West 18th Street and TC Jester Boulevard. The retail center will soon undergo a major redevelopment and will be anchored by a 24-Hour Fitness.
