ATLANTA – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces the promotion of Kristine Maggio to Regional Operating Officer for the Southeast region. In this role, Maggio partners with East Region President Bruce Ford on service line strategy and regional business planning, execution of new business pursuits and leading team culture and support. She also steers marketing, research and administrative teams to drive performance through strategic initiatives that enhance and amplify the Transwestern brand, and oversees regional philanthropic efforts and internal and external collaborations.
“Kristine is a people champion,” said Ford. “She reflects Transwestern’s purpose to do business differently by empowering our team members through her relentless passion for supporting and uplifting those around her. In addition to her talent and expertise, Kristine has a tenacious spirit that pushes us to be better. I’m proud of her accomplishments and grateful for her partnership.”
Maggio joined Transwestern in 2014 as Director of Marketing before rising to Executive Vice President of Administration and Marketing. Over the past eight years, she has elevated Transwestern’s market presence through innovative marketing and communications tactics. With cross-functional expertise in administration, cultural development and diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), she has cultivated strong partnerships with leaders to implement employee-first workplace initiatives. “I believe success is predicated on the strength of the people behind the scenes,” said Maggio. “I’m thankful to be part of Transwestern’s collaborative environment that champions diverse perspectives and creative thinking. I look forward to partnering with Bruce and regional teams to continue driving employee and client growth and satisfaction.”
