ATLANTA – Transwestern announces the promotion of Emily Sircy to Managing Senior Vice President of Asset Services. In this role, Sircy provides strategic leadership to property management, engineering and accounting teams overseeing a 17-million-square-foot portfolio of office, industrial and healthcare properties. She will drive consistent service delivery and operational excellence aligned with the firm’s standards and client objectives, and lead initiatives to enhance performance and grow Transwestern’s portfolio. Sircy succeeds Russell Lipscomb, who is retiring at the end of March after nearly 20 years with the firm.

"Emily has worked in tandem with Russell for the last 15 years. Her deep market knowledge and operational expertise will ensure Transwestern-managed properties set the benchmark for excellence while remaining agile and forward-thinking,” said Southeast Region Leader Nathan Knowles. “A natural mentor, Emily’s ability to empower colleagues to exceed what’s possible through collaboration, innovation, and accountability will enhance our integrated team approach to delivering a responsive end-to-end experience for our clients, partners, and investors,”

Knowles continued, “We are thankful for Russell’s many years of service. His vision, steady leadership and ability to adapt to changing market demands have been instrumental in the success of Transwestern Asset Services in the Southeast.”

Prior to joining Transwestern in 2010, Sircy was a Senior Real Estate Manager at Hines and supported the leasing team at Taylor & Mathis. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Oglethorpe University and has been a long-time member of the Livable Buckhead Board of Directors.

“Transwestern’s uniquely personal approach prioritizes long-term relationships built on integrity, consistency, and reliability,” said Sircy. “I am grateful for Russell’s collaborative partnership over the past 15 years, and I am eager to continue leading a talented team committed to elevating Transwestern’s market-leading asset services platform.”

Nationally, Transwestern provides Asset Services for over 240 million square feet of industrial, office, healthcare and retail properties. In Atlanta, the firm manages several notable Class A office buildings, including Georgia-Pacific Center, a 1.1-million-square-foot high-rise in downtown, Crown Pointe, a two-building, 509,792-square-foot campus in Central Perimeter, and 3445 Peachtree, a recently updated 286,997-square-foot property in the heart of Buckhead.
