Transwestern Recognized as a Top Workplace for Ninth Time

CHICAGO – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces it has been honored by The Chicago Tribune as one of the Top Workplaces in 2021 for the ninth year. Transwestern was one of 200 companies recognized across the Chicago metropolitan area.

The Chicago Tribune’s Top Workplaces program is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization including alignment, execution and connection.

Transwestern has over 150 team members across Chicago. Throughout 2020 and early 2021, team members were operating under a rotational, hybrid in-office and work-from-home schedule, staying connected via video conferencing tools and virtual events. Transwestern team members have since returned to the workplace and are operating out of the firm’s downtown Chicago and Rosemont offices.
