WASHINGTON – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces that the Governor of Delaware has appointed Cheri Doyle, Transwestern Managing Director of Healthcare Advisory Services, to the Delaware Health Care Commission (DHCC). Doyle will serve a four-year term. The DHCC, composed of 11 members, five of whom are appointed by the Governor, is a policy-setting body established by the Delaware General Assembly to promote equitable access to affordable healthcare across the state.

I look forward to working alongside my fellow Commission members and collaborating with public and private stakeholders to develop and promote initiatives that enhance access to high-quality medical care.”
Doyle brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare real estate, including senior housing development, master facility planning, ambulatory network planning, operations and capital structuring, and health system finance and reimbursement. She has sourced and managed more than 3 million square feet of senior housing and healthcare development and investment opportunities throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast.
Doyle holds a Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University and a Master of Health Administration from The George Washington University. She is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Urban Land Institute’s Healthcare Council of Philadelphia. She is a licensed real estate broker in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.
