New Tenant of Class B Warehouse Benefits from Beltway Access

Washington – Transwestern Commercial Services (TCS) today announces it has brokered the lease negotiation of 25,762-square-feet of space at 301 Prince Georges Boulevard in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. The tenant KG Sheet Metal Services was represented by Jason Sullivan, Transwestern Vice President of Industrial Services.
The three-star industrial warehouse is located in Collington Industrial Park and offers multiple access roads to D.C. and the Capital Beltway via Routes 50, 214 and 4.
“This was a perfectly situated deal for what the client was looking for,” said Sullivan. “Not only does the asset offer the sizable expansion they needed, but being adjacent to their previous location alleviated obstacles they would have endured in the relocation process.”
The one-story, Class B building was built in 1989 and is part of a 7.1-acre lot. Located in a business campus, the rear-loaded building is part of a larger 97,900-square-foot RBA asset.
