ATLANTA – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces it has completed four office leases totaling 83,081 square feet at Peachtree Center, a 2.48 million-square-foot office and retail district in downtown Atlanta. Transwestern’s Chip Roach, Stephen Clifton and Zach Wooten, who provide Agency Leasing services on behalf of the owner, negotiated the following transactions:
- United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission, a tenant since 2009, renewed 54,303 square feet at Marquis One Tower.
- Architectural engineering firm Robert and Company, a tenant for 18 years, renewed 15,987 square feet at Tower 229. Andy Lechter and Tom Kubis with Savills represented the tenant in the transaction.
- Burke Moore Law Group, LLP, a national financial services practice, signed a new 7,742-square-foot lease at Tower 235. Savills’ Allison Bittel and Meridith Selvey represented the tenant in the transaction.
- Atlanta Neighborhood Development Partnership, a non-profit affordable housing advocacy group that has been a tenant since 2005, is moving from Tower 229 to Tower 233 with a 5,049-square-foot lease. Carla Williams and John Izard with Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the transaction.
In 2023, Transwestern completed 153,526 square feet of leases at the property, including a 37,853-square-foot renewal for the Fulton County Board of Assessors and an 18,973-square-foot expansion for John Marshall Law School.

Spanning six buildings, Peachtree Center’s focal point is The Hub, a vibrant social destination with more than 50 restaurants and retail shops connected to 2.3 million square feet of office space and three world-class hotels offering more than 4,000 rooms. The Hub features an eclectic mix of onsite events, including the Green Market seasonal farmer’s market, Atlanta Downtown Restaurant Week and Music in the Mall live entertainment.
Peachtree Center is easily accessible with interconnected, covered walkways, a MARTA station and walkability to Georgia State University, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, Centennial Olympic Park and Georgia World Congress Center.
