Senior Vice President to Implement National Initiatives and Develop New Business

FLORHAM PARK, N.J. – Transwestern Commercial Services (TCS) today announces Robert F. Vicci has joined the firm as Senior Vice President to grow the firm’s property management portfolio throughout the Northeast. Based in Florham Park, New Jersey, he will work with Asset Services leadership to implement national initiatives, drive new business pursuits, and ensure operational consistency across the region.

Prior to joining TCS, Vicci was an asset manager at CenterPoint Properties, where he oversaw the operations of warehouse/flex properties exceeding 5 million square feet. A proven leader in commercial real estate with more than 30 years of experience, Vicci has worked for national firms including Keller Williams Realty Inc. and managed trophy properties including the Empire State Building.

A decorated army veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom, Vicci received his commission from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point in 1981 as an infantry officer, and he holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. He is also CEO of VetREST, an organization that helps veterans with post-traumatic stress disorder.
Transwestern has continued to grow its operations in the Northeast, leading the property management for a portfolio of 5 million square feet of office, industrial, retail and healthcare space.
