Managing Director Returns to Implement National Initiatives and Develop New Business

Houston – Transwestern Commercial Services (TCS) today announces Brett Williams has re-joined the commercial real estate services firm as Managing Director to expand the provider’s portfolio throughout Texas. Based in Houston, he will work with leadership to implement national initiatives, drive new business pursuits, and ensure operational consistency across the state.

Prior to rejoining TCS, Williams was Executive Vice President of Management Service for the Central Region at Madison Marquette, where he oversaw the operations of properties exceeding 40 million square feet. A proven leader in commercial real estate with more than 25 years of experience, Williams has worked for national firms including Weingarten Realty, Equity Office Properties, and Thomas Properties Group.
