Expanded Nine-Member Team Provides Unique Service Delivery Centered on Client Needs

Atlanta – Transwestern Commercial Services (TCS) today announces the expansion of its Atlanta Agency Leasing team with the addition of market leaders Chip Roach, CCIM, Zach Wooten, and Stephen Clifton as Senior Managing Directors. The new hires join Transwestern’s Executive Managing Director Greg Frankum, Senior Managing Director Matt Spickard, and other dedicated professionals to form a collaborative nine-person team that offers a unique service delivery model across Metro Atlanta.
Roach, Wooten, and Clifton come to Transwestern from Madison Marquette and collectively bring nearly 60 years of commercial real estate experience, market knowledge, and broker relationships. Since they began working together 10 years ago, they have completed in excess of $1 billion in transactions.

The expansion of Transwestern’s Atlanta Agency Leasing team comes on the heels of the notable office market growth the metro enjoyed in 2019. According to Transwestern research, Atlanta’s office market continues to experience healthy demand, record rents in every major submarket, and robust development. In 2019, Atlanta absorbed more than one million square feet, among the strongest annual performances seen in the past five years. Additionally, the market saw the most construction in more than a decade, with 4.6 million square feet of speculative office space under development following the completion of 1.5 million square feet in 2019.

Roach has worked in Atlanta’s commercial real estate market for 36 years. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a past president of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia.
Wooten and Clifton each bring more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate. They are both active members of NAIOP and the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, where each of them has served as chairman of the Young Council of Realtors. In addition, both have served as directors of NAIOP’s Future Leaders program and have been named to the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s list of “30 Under 30” professionals in Atlanta. Wooten holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama, and Clifton earned his bachelor’s degree from Presbyterian College.
