SAN ANTONIO – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces the sale of a 27.46-acre property at 1670 Hwy 46 in Boerne, Texas. Embrey purchased the site for an undisclosed price from JCH 1607 River Rd. Investment, LCC, which was represented by Transwestern Executive Managing Director Russell T. Noll.
