SAN ANTONIO – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces it represented both parties in the sale of 6200 Northwest Parkway, a 142,500-square-foot office building located in the Northwest San Antonio submarket. Sentinel Net Lease, LLC, represented by Russell Noll and Kelly Ralston, sold the property to University Health, represented by Chad Gunter.
“6200 Northwest Parkway is an excellent asset in a prime location near the South Texas Medical Center,” Gunter said. “The acquisition of this building will enable University Health to expand its administrative and back-office operations, aligning with strategic growth plans.”
“Facilitating a deal that allows University Health to grow while providing Sentinel with a successful exit strategy made this transaction a win-win for all parties involved,” Noll added.
The Northwest submarket continues to attract significant interest due to its proximity to major medical centers and robust tenant demand. It is the only San Antonio submarket that posted vacancy below 10% in the second quarter of 2024, according to Transwestern research. Situated along Northwest Parkway, the property provides excellent accessibility for the University Health staff members who will office in this location.
