CHICAGO – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces the addition of Nicholas Schlanger as Research Manager for the Midwest region. Based in the firm’s Chicago office, Schlanger will lead all research activities and initiatives in the Midwest and will oversee the production of local market reports and forecasting.

Schlanger is a seasoned researcher with deep experience in the commercial real estate industry. He has supported internal and external client needs and has presented findings across various business verticals, geographies, property types and investment strategies. Prior to joining Transwestern, Schlanger was a Senior Research Analyst for Cushman & Wakefield’s Salt Lake City office. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, he served as a Senior Research Analyst for Newmark Knight Frank in Washington, D.C.
