Senior Managing Research Director Elizabeth Norton oversees all research and market analysis activities throughout all Transwestern offices. Working with the research team, as well as internal and external clients, she provides leadership on timely and interpretative market analysis on the latest real estate trends, while positioning Transwestern as a thought leader. She also serves as a spokesperson to clients and the media.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Elizabeth has more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate research and analysis. Prior to joining Transwestern in 2014, she was the National Research Director at Delta Associates, a Transwestern research affiliate where she oversaw economic and commercial real estate research for the Washington, D.C., Baltimore, Chicago, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Houston and Denver markets. She previously served as a Needs Assessment Analyst with the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).
