Washington – Transwestern and KBS today announce the companies collected donations for nearly 6,000 wreaths for Wreaths Across America, an organization that honors fallen U.S. veterans by coordinating wreath-laying ceremonies at Arlington National Cemetery, as well as over 1,200 additional locations in all 50 U.S. states, at sea and abroad.
“Thank you to everyone who donated to provide nearly 6,000 wreaths to Wreaths Across America,” said Chip Clarke, Transwestern President | Americas. “We are forever grateful to the men and women who paid the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country.”
The companies collected donations at 31 KBS properties across the country where Transwestern provides property management services. Transwestern and KBS made a matching donation of 2,000 wreaths. Volunteers placed the wreaths on headstones on National Wreaths Across America Day on December 16.
