April 14, 2020
CHICAGO – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRE) announces Samantha Fisher has joined Transwestern as Director of Workplace Strategy. Based out of Transwestern’s Chicago office, she will focus on increasing operational efficiency for corporate space occupiers by consulting on workplace and portfolio strategies that support a people-first approach and align with the objectives and growth outlook of the core business.
“We are thrilled to welcome Sam to Transwestern,” said Tom Rogers, Occupier Solutions Senior Managing Director. “As our industry evolves, a strategic understanding of workplace design is crucial, and Sam’s high level of experience will help us to better serve our clients and their needs.”
Fisher joins Transwestern from Citadel, where she served as the Global Head of Facilities and Services and was responsible for all associate services across the firm’s domestic and international portfolio of 2.5 million square feet. While there, Fisher implemented a range of new operating models, including an employee experience communication model. Before that, she spent seven years at Capital One as the Senior Director of Workplace Experience, where she was accountable for the strategy and delivery of shared workplace services and third-party vendors across a 16 million-square-foot domestic portfolio.
“I’m so pleased to have joined the Transwestern team in Chicago,” said Fisher. “I am passionate about building the best outcomes and experiences for employees, customers and clients – and it is clear that Transwestern holds those same values.”
