SAN FRANCISCO – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRE) announces the expansion of its real estate project, construction and relocation management services in the San Francisco Bay Area. The firm has hired a three-person team from well-known construction project management firm officemorph. Caitlin Cappa Nuñez leads the new division’s project management team with support from Senior Project Associate Danny Wohlner. Ali Platto serves as Project Operations and Relocation Director, spearheading move management as well as operations and communications.

The team’s recent projects have included a 26,500-square-foot headquarters buildout from shell condition at 170 Ninth St. in San Francisco and management of an extremely accelerated office relocation timeline for a thriving technology client in San Mateo, California. Experience with extensive electrical and cabling needs is part of the team’s competency as well, exhibited in a recent technology forensics lab buildout at 250 Montgomery St. in San Francisco.
