Transwesterns Healthcare Advisory Group Facilitates Relocation & Expansion

ATLANTA – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces its Healthcare Advisory Group has arranged a 25,000-square-foot medical office lease for Shady Grove Fertility (SGF) at The Commons at Lake Hearn, a 357,000-square-foot medical office campus at 1100 Lake Hearn Drive in Atlanta. Transwestern’s Steve Hall and Nick Zuppas from Gittleson Zuppas Medical Realty represented SGF in the transaction.
Serving as SGF’s Atlanta hub, the new location nearly doubles its footprint in Pill Hill to accommodate growth initiatives, including a future IVF lab. The practice operates additional Georgia offices in Buckhead, Marietta and Alpharetta, as well as 46 other clinics across the United States.

Spanning 12.1 acres, The Commons at Lake Hearn features three buildings with modern finishes, curated greenspaces, and eco-friendly rain gardens and patios. Adjacent to Northside and Emory St. Joseph’s Hospital, the newly renovated campus provides convenient access to Interstate 285, GA-400, and other major local thoroughfares.
