ATLANTA – Nicholas Wealth Management, an investment advisory and retirement planning firm, has relocated its headquarters to a newly constructed office building at 218 Roswell St. in Marietta, Georgia. Bradley Fulkerson and Austin Hibbard from Transwestern’s Tenant Advisory + Workplace Solutions team represented Nicholas Wealth Management in identifying the site, negotiating the purchase, and subleasing the firm’s previous space.
“Nicholas Wealth was looking for more than its next office space, the company wanted a permanent home,” said Hibbard. “After an exhaustive search, we uncovered an opportunity with a new build that allowed the firm to design a workplace that reflects its brand and culture and offers employees convenience and accessibility within the walkable, amenitized Marietta Square.”
As the first new office building in Marietta Square in nearly a decade, the property was developed by Tanalta Real Estate with general contractor Humphries & Company and interior designer ASD|SKY. A dynamic destination for shopping, dining and recreation, Marietta Square encompasses dozens of restaurants, shops, galleries and entertainment options.
