Latest Speculative Development Complements 1 MSF of Office Space in Mixed-Use Campus

HOUSTON – Transwestern Commercial Services (TCS) today announces construction has topped out on a six-story, 140,000-square-foot office property at the Research Forest Lakeside campus in The Woodlands, Texas. Slated for completion in August 2020, 9709 Lakeside Blvd. is a speculative development project by James and Daniel Warmack. When completed, the building will complement the existing five office buildings totaling approximately 1 million square feet.
With a ground-floor restaurant and fitness center, 9709 Lakeside Blvd. will be directly adjacent to the existing retail amenities serving the campus, including bellagreen, Grub Burger Bar, Snooze AM Eatery, Snooze an A.M. Eatery, Crave Bakeshop + Coffee, Huti’s 5 Free-Fire Grill, Benchmark Bank and The Beauty Lounge. Zeigler Cooper is the architect, and Harvey is the general contractor. The ownership has retained Transwestern’s Agency Leasing team of Eric Anderson, Tyler Garrett and Parker Burkett to provide office leasing services.
