WAUKESHA, WI – Transwestern announces Mindcolor Autism has signed a 7,464-square-foot new lease at Crossroads Corporate Center III, a 49,835-square-foot Class B office building located at 20875 Crossroads Circle in Waukesha County. Transwestern Executive Vice President Shaun Dempsey represented the owner, KPK Eagle Investments, LLC, in lease negotiations.
Mindcolor Autism, a national Applied Behavior Analysis therapy provider for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, has locations across five states. The Waukesha site will be the eighth location in Wisconsin.
Crossroads Corporate Center III, located within the Crossroads Business Park, offers convenient freeway access, prominent signage opportunities, ample parking and versatile floor plans. Nearby amenities include the Corners of Brookfield shopping and entertainment district. The property is currently 83.5% occupied.
