Transwestern Secures Long-term Lease for TPO’s Relocation within Downtown Miami

MIAMI – Transwestern Commercial Services (TCS) today announces it completed a new 14,000-square-foot, long-term lease for the Miami-Dade Transportation Planning Organization (TPO) at Museum Tower, a 29-story, Class A office building spanning 253,165 rentable square feet at 150 W. Flagler Street in Miami. TCS Managing Director Glenn H. Gregory and Senior Vice President Christopher Dubberly provided leasing services on behalf of the tenant.
TPO’s mission is “to plan transportation facilities and services that are integrated and efficient while providing effective community participation,” according to the organization’s website.
“TPO required efficient office space with Class A amenities,” said Dubberly. “We successfully secured an ideal, cost-effective space conveniently located one block south of Government Center and proximate to local transportation.”
The new lease brings Museum Tower to 81 percent occupied, in line with downtown Miami’s overall Class A office occupancy rate of 81.3 percent according to market research by TCS. Kirk Fetter of Gaedeke Group represented the landlord in the transaction.
