DALLAS – Transwestern today announces Medallion Midstream LLC has signed a lease for 28,058 square feet of office space at Tower 909 at 909 Lake Carolyn Parkway in Irving, Texas. The firm, a full-service mid-stream provider in the oil and gas industry, has almost tripled its office space in its move to Tower 909. Transwestern Principals Justin Miller and Kim Brooks and Vice President Scott Walker represented the landlord, KBS Realty Advisors.

Tower 909 is a 19-story, 364,336-square-foot office building located in the Urban Center of Las Colinas in Irving. The Class A property overlooking Lake Carolyn is the terminal stop on the Las Colinas’ Area Personal Transit System (APT) and is adjacent to the Urban Center Station on the Orange Line of Dallas Area Rapid Transit’s (DART) light rail system. The extension of the DART Orange Line directly connecting Tower 909 to uptown, downtown and DFW Airport makes travel convenient for the building’s tenants, who benefit from direct covered pedestrian access to the station – an amenity no other office building can offer. Tower 909 is owned by KBS Realty Advisors and leased and managed by Transwestern.
