New Executive Vice President Brings Diverse Industry and Market Experience

Tysons, VA. – Transwestern today announces Kirk Boyd has been appointed Executive Vice President in the firm’s Occupier Solutions practice. Based in Tysons, Virginia, he will continue to develop real estate strategies for multimarket and emerging growth clients to meet their business objectives, operating requirements and financial goals.

Boyd brings 30 years of experience in a broad range of commercial real estate services, including lease negotiations, acquisitions, dispositions, strategic planning and financial analysis. He most recently served as Executive Managing Director at Newmark Knight Frank where he focused on growth and middle-market tenant representation.

He is a licensed real estate broker in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia. Boyd holds a master’s degree in business administration from Averett University and a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Texas Christian University.
