HOUSTON – Transwestern today announces Exterran Energy Solutions has leased 58,857 square feet at 11000 Equity Drive in Houston. Transwestern Executive Vice President Eric Anderson and Vice President Tyler Garrett represented the landlord, The Seligman Group.
"We are excited to secure an outstanding company such as Exterran as the anchor tenant at 11000 Equity,” said Anderson. “Designed by Kirksey Architects, the building received the first LEED® Gold certification for Core and Shell in Houston. The sustainable features include higher ceiling heights with dramatic floor-to-ceiling glass and a roof garden terrace. These high-quality features proved to be key factors in Exterran’s decision.”
The 63,600-square-foot, Class A office building is in Westway Park, a master-planned development on Sam Houston Tollway between Interstate 10 and 290. 11000 Equity Drive was one of the first office buildings to utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) during design and construction, allowing for a more efficient delivery. BIM has now become the industry standard in the construction process.
