HOUSTON – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces its Retail Services team has completed two new lease transactions at The Shops at Arrive Upper Kirby, bringing the mixed-use development to 100% occupancy less than a year after CP5 Kirby Collection, LLC acquired the asset. Transwestern Managing Director Crystal Allen and Vice President Kim Bernick represented the landlord in the transactions at the Class A project at 3300 Kirby Drive.
The transactions include:
- Agenda Houston, an upscale urban street wear retailer, signed a 3,870-square-foot lease, relocating the boutique from The Galleria mall. Agenda was represented in lease negotiations by Tia Manteca of Jerry Fullerton Realty.
- Haii Keii, a new modern Japanese restaurant, signed a 2,878-square-foot lease for the eatery’s first location. Haii Keii was represented in lease negotiations by Mariela Perez of City Brix Realty.
“The Shops at Arrive Upper Kirby is in a solid position,” said Allen. “Similar to other notable shopping centers in the Upper Kirby and The Galleria submarkets, the prime, centralized location coupled with motivated ownership has allowed this property to flourish in the post-pandemic era.”
The two new tenants join roughly 60,000 square feet of other merchants, made up of high-end shops, boutiques, and an array of fine and casual dining options. The Shops at Arrive Upper Kirby are bordered by the affluent River Oaks Community, business-savvy Greenway Plaza, and eclectic Montrose.
