DALLAS – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces Henry Oddo Austin & Fletcher, P.C., a Dallas-based law firm, has signed a new, long-term 8,613-square-foot lease at Comerica Bank Tower, a 1.5 million-square-foot office building located at 1717 Main St. The firm will move to the 46th floor, and Transwestern’s Sanders Thompson represented the tenant in lease negotiations.
“The CBD is increasing its prominence in the Dallas market, and we felt now was a great time to capitalize on the value,” Thompson said. “New amenities in and surrounding Comerica Bank Tower will inspire investment and excitement for the firm as they continue to call downtown home.”
The firm has a second office in Denver and specializes in property and community associations, transportation law, mass tort defense and commercial litigation.
“We celebrated our firm’s 25th anniversary this year,” said founding shareholder Mike Oddo. “The move to Comerica Bank Tower will continue our downtown presence in a fresh space very attractive to prospective HOAF team members in addition to being well-suited to our ongoing representation of our valued clients.”
Within a three-block radius of Comerica Bank Tower, there are more than 65 restaurants and retailers, as well as upscale and on-trend hotels such as The Joule, The Statler and the Neiman Marcus flagship store. On-site amenities for the 60-story tower include a full-service bank, fine and casual dining, a retail concourse and conference facilities.

According to Transwestern research, developers are planning to convert over 2.5 million square feet of office space to other uses, bringing vacancy below 20% for the first time in decades.
