ATLANTA – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces Walk Your Plans, a Cleveland-based interactive technology company, is expanding to suburban Atlanta with a 6,000-square-foot lease at Northfield Business Park, a 74,052-square-foot industrial property at 3000 Northfield Place in Roswell. Transwestern’s Austin Hibbard, Bradley Fulkerson and Peyton Wimberly provided site selection and lease negotiation services to the tenant in the transaction.

Founded in 2022, Walk Your Plans uses full-scale projection technology to transform its showrooms into life-sized floor plans for residential and commercial building and landscape design projects. Northfield Business Park is off Old Roswell Road, providing convenient access to GA-400 and Mansell Road.
