HOUSTON – Transwestern Commercial Services (TCS) today announces GenCap Partners, Inc. has integrated a newly designed amenity center at Chasewood Technology Park, a 463,969-square-foot campus located in the Houston Technology Corridor on State Highway 249. David Lee, Transwestern Senior Vice President, represents the owner, GenCap Partners, Inc., and provides office leasing services for Chasewood Technology Park. Transwestern also currently manages the campus.
The campus currently consists of four office buildings: One Chasewood, a six-story, 107,968 square foot building; Two Chasewood, an eight-story, 153,226 square foot building; Three Chasewood, a four-story, 97,552 square foot building; and Four Chasewood, a five-story, 105,223 square foot building that received a LEED EB: O&M Silver certification as well as a BOMA 360 Performance Building certification.
The 7,076-square-foot amenity center, designed by architect Ziegler Cooper Architects, will provide tenants a lounge with three huddle rooms available on-demand, a conferencing center with up to 54 seats that partitions into two rooms and a gym with equipment, showers, lockers, and a bike rack.
“With the new trail system soon coming through our property, it will be easy to hop on a bike and ride to the Kickerillo-Mischer Preserve just on the other side of 249,” said Lee. “Ultimately the plan is to have an uninterrupted system of trails and parks from north of IAH to the Waller/Harris county line in west Houston. GenCap is committed to providing state of the art facilities to their tenant base, and there is absolutely nothing else like it in this area.”
