Rockville, MD. – Transwestern today announces H. Beck Inc., a national independent broker dealer, signed a 23,000-square-foot lease at Research West, located at 2440 Research Blvd. in Rockville, Maryland. Transwestern’s Keith Foery, Phil McCarthy and Cricket Cleary represented the owner through its investment manager, ASB Real Estate Investments, in this transaction. Matthew Ward and Steven Shaumberg of Cresa represented H. Beck.

2440 Research Blvd. is part of Research West, two office buildings totaling 245,000 square feet. The properties recently underwent substantial renovations including updated lobbies with high-end coffee service, as well as a new fitness center, conference center and game room. The location offers easy access to Interstate 270 and the Intercounty Connector and a variety of nearby restaurants and retail amenities at Falls Grove Village Center, RIO Washingtonian and Downtown Crown.
H. Beck, currently located at 6600 Rockledge Drive in Bethesda, Maryland, will begin occupying its new space in August 2018.
