AUSTIN – Transwestern has been selected by Barings to provide agency leasing and property management services for 100 Congress Avenue (“100 Congress”), one of downtown Austin’s premier Class A office towers, totaling 420,471-square-foot. Transwestern’s Connor Atchley, Brandon Lester, Graham Trull, SIOR and Carly Langley will lead leasing efforts on behalf of the landlord.

The property is home to a number of established tenants, including Jackson Walker, Whistler Pipeline, Ryan, LLC, and Armbrust & Brown, PLLC. 100 Congress offers more than 40,000 square feet of contiguous space, along with two move-in-ready spec suites designed to accommodate a range of tenant needs.
Located at the gateway to Austin’s CBD, 100 Congress occupies a highly visible address overlooking Lady Bird Lake and offers unobstructed views of both Lady Bird Lake and the downtown skyline.
