FORT WORTH – Transwestern announces Archer Peak Oral Surgery has signed a lease for approximately 9,000 square feet at 2925 Riverglen Drive, marking a significant milestone in the redevelopment of the property led by CHC Development and Riverglen MOB LLC. Transwestern’s Kirk Kelly and Blake Grable represented the tenant in the transaction, while Matt Montague with HPI represented the landlord.
Archer Peak Oral Surgery’s commitment provides early momentum for the project’s repositioning, bringing a leading oral surgery practice to the area and elevating the quality of healthcare services available in Fort Worth.
