CHICAGO – Transwestern announces the owners of 680 N. Lake Shore Drive, Golub & Company and TopMed Realty, signed a lease with 680 Lakeside Market, a 5,512-square-foot grocer. Transwestern Senior Vice President Katie Steele represented ownership in the transaction.

680 Lakeside Market is owned by the same operators of Lakeside Foods in Winnetka, Illinois, a full-service supermarket. The new grocer offers a curated selection of fresh produce, elevated grab-and-go items, and a deli program featuring sandwiches, salads and other prepared meals made fresh daily.
In addition to 680 Lakeside Market, Pinnacle Fertility Illinois has completed construction of its ambulatory surgery center inside 680 N. Lake Shore Drive. This resource will equip medical tenants, as well as third-party physicians throughout greater Streeterville, with access to a modern surgical environment. Formerly known as Institute for Human Reproduction (IHR), Pinnacle Fertility Illinois has been a cornerstone of reproductive medicine in Chicago since 2004. As part of the Pinnacle Fertility network, the practice offers comprehensive, patient-centered fertility care across multiple locations throughout the Chicago area, with access to specialized services including Pinnacle Egg Bank and Pinnacle Surrogacy. The practice's new ambulatory surgery center at 680 N. Lake Shore Drive represents the next chapter in its mission to deliver personalized, compassionate care to growing families.

According to data from the Environmental Systems Research Institute, approximately 8,232 people live within a 5-minute walk of the property, representing a 28% increase since 2010. The daytime population within a 5-minute walk is 32,788.
680 N. Lake Shore Drive serves a dynamic network of healthcare providers affiliated with leading institutions, including Northwestern Medicine, Northwestern Medical School, Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago, and Endeavor Health, among others.
