Natalie Koziol

Natalie is the General Manager of Continental Towers, a 910,000 square foot office complex comprised of three 12-story towers at 1701 Golf Road in Rolling Meadows, Illinois. In this role, she serves as an expert leader for the complex’s management team, assisting with capital projects, tenant construction, accounting issues, service contract negotiations, and building/tenant issues. Natalie also acts as a liaison for all of the various stakeholders at Continental Towers.

Natalie has been at the Continental Towers since 2021 and joined Transwestern in 2023 to continue her oversight of the office complex. She has nearly 30 years of experience in commercial real estate throughout Chicago and its suburbs. Previously, she oversaw a multi-property portfolio in Skokie as well as Chicago’s 300 E. Randolph St. and 100 N. Riverside Plaza. While serving as the Senior Real Estate Manager at 300 E. Randolph St., the property won the BOMA TOBY award for Corporate Facility in 2015 and 2016 for the Chicago and North Central regions. Natalie has proven to be instrumental in the success of her properties.

Natalie earned a bachelor’s degree from Northern Illinois University. She is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois.
