Mike Ogden is responsible for directing property and facility management, engineering, and construction management services for projects in Transwestern's Central region, totaling approximately 20 million square feet in North Texas. As director of asset services, Mike is responsible for 130 employees within the region. He is a senior member of Transwestern's national asset services operations committee and is a past member of the firm's board of directors. As a senior leader of the asset services operating committee, Mike is responsible for the uniform delivery of services across Transwestern's national platform. 


Mike joined Transwestern in 2001 and has more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience.  Prior to coming to the firm, he served as vice president, group manager for an international real estate firm with responsibility for clients such as G.E. Capital, Fidelity Investments, Electronic Data Systems, and The Capital Group/American Funds. 
His significant Transwestern experience includes the award of two of the largest commercial property management assignments in recent firm history.  These projects include a 16-building, 3-million-square-foot, multi-city, high-rise portfolio, and 6 million square feet of office, retail, and hotel mixed-use developments in Richardson, Texas, Tempe, Arizona, and Atlanta, Georgia.  During his 16-year tenure with the firm, he has been responsible for several national and international investment, institutional, and private capital clients.  Additionally, Mike is a designated Receiver for Texas with experience for companies such as John Hancock, LNR, and Bank of America.

Mike received his Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University in 1983, is a registered Certified Property Manager (CPM) and holds real estate broker licenses in Texas and North Carolina. He is currently pursuing and will complete a master's degree in business administration in fall 2018.
