Mike Boudousquie

Since his introduction into the real estate industry in 1992, Mike has participated in real estate portfolios comprised of commercial office, retail, industrial, multifamily, hospitality and healthcare properties exceeding 10 million square feet.  With 11 years professional experience in a property management role and 13 years as an asset manager, Mike has collaborated in the management, leasing, and disposition of approximately 50 properties working as agent for private real estate corporations, joint venture partners, and third-party owners.  He has vast knowledge and experience in building operations, facility management, financial reporting, leasing, tenant improvements, and investment sales for a diversity of real estate products.

 

Prior to joining Transwestern in 2016, Mike worked for 21 years in North Houston for The Woodlands Development Company (formerly The Woodlands Corporation) and the Howard Hughes Corporation.  His management assignments have serviced such tenants as Exxon Mobil, Chevron USA, JP Morgan Chase, Chicago Bridge & Iron, Entergy, Maersk, Huntsman, Aon Hewitt, Devon Energy, American Financial and Newfield Exploration.  Projects include numerous Class A new development projects including the 13-story 24 Waterway, 11-story 3 Waterway, 9-story 4 Waterway Square, 8-story One and Two Hughes Landing, Waterway Plaza I & II from development to disposition.
