Biography
TRANSWESTERN ROLE
Luke serves as a Development Manager within Transwestern Development Logistics group and is based in Houston. He is responsible for sourcing and executing new industrial development opportunities across the Houston and Austin markets. His role includes the acquisition, entitlement, design, construction, leasing and disposition of ground-up developments.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Prior to joining Transwestern in August 2023, Luke was an Acquisitions Manager with Capital Automotive Real Estate Services (CARS) in Tyson’s Corner, Virginia, where he completed the purchase and sale-leaseback of over $190 million of automotive retail properties. While at CARS, he managed a $270 million portfolio of assets with public and private clients across the United States and Canada.
EDUCATION
Luke received a master’s in commerce and finance from The University of Virginia.
