Luke Bridges

Luke Bridges is an Analyst with Transwestern’s Dallas-Fort Worth Multifamily Investment Sales team, where he contributes to the underwriting, valuation, and execution of multifamily investment sales across North Texas. With a focus on value-add and opportunistic assets, he develops broker opinions of value, prepares investor marketing materials, and supports transaction execution from the initial underwriting through closing.

In addition, Luke supports business development by sourcing opportunities and maintaining client relationships. He is also involved in property tours and market research, providing insight into submarket fundamentals and asset positioning.

Luke is a licensed real estate sales agent in Texas and an active member of industry organizations, including the CRE Finance Council’s Young Professionals group and The Real Estate Council’s Young Guns program.

Luke earned a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University, where he was a member of the Harvard Undergraduate Real Estate Investment Group, the Harvard Financial Analysts Club, and the varsity football team.
