Loraine Johnson

Property Manager Loraine Johnson manages the financial, operational and administrative operations for 7900 Harkins Road, a 324,496-square-foot Class A office property in Lanham, Maryland.

Loraine joined Transwestern in 2015 when the firm took over management services for 7900 Harkins Road. Loraine has overseen major renovations for the property, which received a $1.5 million conditional loan through the Prince George's County Economic Development Incentive Fund. The project, which delivered within budget and on time, has become a high-profile success story for the county and is fully leased by local education technology firm 2U.

 

Loraine previously served as an assistant property manager at JLL, where she managed 472,483 square feet of office space. She also oversaw the renovations of common areas and amenity space at a 650,000-square-foot project and completed within budget renovations for a government tenant in an occupied space.
