Liz Perales

Liz collaborates with her team to serve the commercial real estate needs of owners and occupiers. As Marketing Coordinator, Liz supports the marketing team in the day-to-day marketing and design initiatives for brokerage teams that specialize in leasing and tenant representation. She works closely with the marketing and research teams to complete projects efficiently and under tight deadlines while exhibiting legendary customer service to tenants, prospects, owners, and vendors. Liz is a strong believer in promoting positivity and a team philosophy.

Liz joined Transwestern in 2017 as a marketing coordinator and, in 2020, transitioned to the San Antonio Asset Services division as an Assistant Property Manager, supporting property management teams across the market. She also led San Antonio’s Transwestern Young Professionals chapter, focused on attracting, developing, and retaining emerging talent.

Previously, Liz served as an assistant property manager with Reliance Residential Realty, where she supported lease transactions, tenant relations, vendor procurement, and market analysis, with a strong emphasis on customer service. Her experience spans sales, marketing, and business development.

Liz received her bachelor’s degree in business administration from University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, TX. She is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Texas.
