'Licia Salinas

‘Licia provides landlord representation services for a wide range of medical commercial properties. As Vice President, she is actively engaged in healthcare business development, leasing and tenant advisory services and represents a portfolio of over half a million square feet of medical office product in the San Antonio/Central Texas and South Texas areas.

Prior to joining Transwestern in 2007, ‘Licia managed and supported brokers at Duphorne Corporate Realty/Alamo Heights Realty Advisors. ‘Licia has nearly 20 years’ experience in managerial and administrative assistance positions. Her notable clients include Healthpeak Properties, Inc., Blue Owl / Sila Realty Trust, Carrington Group, TLC Kids Therapy, Mindcolor Autism, Vascare, BioMed SA, nePara Group, Better Homes & Garden and SCW Interest.

Previously, ‘Licia served as a Senior Marketing Coordinator for Transwestern San Antonio and worked directly with leasing agents, tenant representatives, and property managers in performing marketing and administrative assignments for office, retail properties and development projects. She exhibits excellent customer service to clients, tenants, prospective tenants, and vendor correspondence while always focusing on productivity and results.

‘Licia attended St. Philip’s College in San Antonio, Texas, the University of Maryland in Stuttgart, Germany, and San Antonio College in San Antonio, Texas.  She is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of Texas.
