Lauren McKenzie

Lauren is a Transformation Specialist and PMO Senior Analyst in the Corporate Strategy Group. In this role, she works alongside the Chief Operating Officer/Chief Transformation Officer, the Partner of the Corporate Strategy Group, and other business leaders to monitor progress, assess impact, and advance key initiatives that enhance operational performance and support long-term growth. She collaborates with cross-functional teams to turn strategic ideas into concrete, measurable outcomes.

Lauren joined Transwestern in 2019 as the executive assistant to our Founder and Chairman, Robert Duncan, before moving into human resources. She most recently served as the HR Business Partner for TDC, TIG and THG, where she played a key role in organizational development and our HR transformation.

Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Telecommunication Media Studies and a Masters in Human Resource Management from Texas A&M University.
