Kelly Johnson

Kelly joined the Tranwestern team as an assistant property manager for Piedmont Center 14 and 160 Clairemont in Decatur. She assists in bidding, awarding, and contractor supervision over capital projects and tenant improvements.

Kelly has over 6 years of experience with property management. Prior to Transwestern, she worked as a real estate services coordinator for CBRE. She has assisted with BOMA 360 applications, asset sales, and LEED certifications. Some notable properties she has serviced includes, Buckhead Tower at Lenox Square, Gwinnett Commerce Center, 200 Ashford Center North, and 1455 Lincoln Parkway.

Kelly served as a BOMA TOBY judge in 2017.

Kelly holds a bachelor’s of business administration degree in marketing from Valdosta State University.
