TRANSWESTERN ROLE
Katie serves as Senior Vice President in Transwestern’s Minneapolis office, specializing in tenant advisory services for healthcare and office clients. With a strategic and highly personalized approach, Katie helps clients align their real estate decisions with broader business, operational and financial objectives.
Her experience spans portfolio services, strategic site selection, acquisitions and dispositions, financial analysis and lease negotiations. Katie approaches real estate as an extension of her clients’ business and is known for building trust and long-term relationships while bringing together the right resources and expertise to support each client’s unique needs.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Katie joined Transwestern in 2026 following Forte Real Estate Partners' acquisition. She has more than 18 years of experience in commercial real estate. Throughout her career, she has advised office and healthcare organizations on complex real estate decisions, helping them evaluate opportunities, navigate change and develop strategies that support both immediate needs and long-term goals.
Prior to Forte, Katie served as Vice President at the Excelsior Group and as Senior Property Manager at Cushman & Wakefield. Her background on both the advisory and property sides of the industry provides a well-rounded perspective and a practical understanding of how real estate decisions impact organizations beyond the transaction.
