Kathy Vorabout

Kathy Vorabout serves as a Brokerage Coordinator at Transwestern, supporting the full transaction process from listing to closing. She ensures accurate and timely documentation, creates marketing materials such as flyers and brochures, and facilitates communication among all parties involved. Kathy also conducts market research and analysis to strengthen brokerage strategies and enhance property marketing efforts. Although new to the commercial real estate field, she is committed to continuous learning and professional growth, bringing dedication, detail‑orientation, and a collaborative spirit to the team.

Before joining Transwestern, Kathy Vorabout built more than a decade of experience across the automotive and financial services industries, spending 11 years with Mercedes‑Benz Financial Services and Daimler Truck Financial Services. She worked in both car and commercial fleet operations, specializing in accounts receivable, account reconciliation, and serving as a lead and subject‑matter expert. Kathy also supported executive leadership as Executive Assistant to the Vice President. Her background includes roles with Chase Auto Finance as a loan processor, where she handled accounting transactions and payment processing. Throughout her career, Kathy has also served in Human Resources and staffing positions, supporting payroll, timekeeping, employee inquiries, onboarding, interviewing, and hiring. Her diverse experience reflects a strong foundation in operations, finance, and people support.

Kathy is currently pursuing her degree in Business Management.
