TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Kathryn has over 25 years of Property Management experience in Central Florida. For Transwestern, she oversees the management and operations of 3 million SF of Office/Industrial space with many national tenants. Her responsibilities include preparation of capital and operating budgets, tenant relations, supervision of construction projects, property inspections, preparation of monthly and quarterly reports, daily operations and inspections.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

During her five years with Transwestern, she has achieved recognition for her consistent high scores far above the Kingsley Index in areas of tenant satisfaction, problem resolution, and property condition and appearance.
An Orlando resident for over 40 years, she started her professional career managing Downtown Orlando buildings, and over the years has managed a portfolio consisting of retail shopping plazas, office buildings, industrial properties, receiverships and owner associations. She also spent three years as a Marketing Coordinator for a top-producing brokerage team.
